11+ Assessment Day – Friday 19th April

Our comprehensive and detailed assessment is tailored to show your child's capabilities along with areas to focus on if you are considering the Greater Manchester local Grammar School 11+ test in 2024 or beyond.

Our 11+ Assessment Day gives children the opportunity to undergo assessments in Maths and English to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Following the assessment, parents will receive detailed feedback on their child’s performance. This feedback will offer valuable insights into your child’s academic capabilities and provide a clear understanding of how we can support their educational growth.
We are proud of the excellent 11+ and SATs results achieved by our pupils, with an impressive 100% pass rate in last year’s SATs and a track record of pupils successfully gaining admission to local fee-paying Grammar schools. Recent destinations include Oldham Hulme, Bury Grammar, Bolton Grammar, Manchester High, and Manchester Grammar.
Event Schedule:
9:00am - Pupil Drop Off: Our welcoming teachers will ensure a smooth transition into a positive and encouraging environment for your child where they will be tested on the key skills needed for the Greater Manchester local Grammar School 11+ test.
10.30am - Your child will have a chance to have a break and can meet their ‘Chadderton Prep Buddy’ as well as take part in a range of activities.
12:00pm – A spot of lunch and a quick tour of the school while feedback is given to the parents. Parents will receive detailed feedback on your child's performance, gain valuable insights into their strengths, and get personalised recommendations for their academic journey.

In the Garden Stay and Play – Friday 26th April
Step into our magical garden from 9am to 11am, where flowers bloom and adventures begin!
This is an exciting opportunity for children aged 2 to 4 years old to join us for some play, exploration, and creative learning. As your children take part in engaging activities, you will enjoy refreshments, explore our wonderful facilities, meet our Nursery staff and Headmistress, and have all your questions answered.
During our Stay and Play, your little ones will plant sunflowers, create adorable minibeast crafts, embark on an exciting bug hunt, explore a plant-themed tuff tray, and engage in fun outdoor activities. Don’t miss out!
Please note we have a no mobile phone policy during our Stay and Plays.
